Multiple question types
You can create tests with multiple-choice, all-that-apply, or open-ended questions (short text or essay response). Each question can be illustrated with photos or images.
Question Banks
You can categorize questions by topic, creating Question Banks, which can be used to quickly generate new tests on demand based on the categories or topics you specify.
Images, audio, video and attachments
Use multimedia such as images, audio and video in your online tests. Insert images and video from your own File Library, or from external sources like YouTube. You can also attach files for learners to download and study.
File Library
Upload images, documents (such as Word and PDF documents) and other files to your own File Library. Each file can be tagged with keywords which makes it easy to find and re-use in several tests.
Add test-takers from Excel lists
You can register multiple employees or students by uploading an Excel spreadsheet, or you can add test-takers one by one. Alternatively, you can allow test-takers to self register.
Set time limits for test
You can set a time limit for the whole test, or for individual questions. You can also control the period during which the test can be taken (only on certain dates).
Send invitations and messages
In addition to automatic notifications, reminders and alerts, you can also send personalized messages to one or more learners at any time. All messages are logged so you always keep track of which information has been sent.
Allow re-takes
You control the number of attempts allowed per test, and whether test-takers will be able to change their answers and resume incomplete responses.
Instant, automatic grading
Tests are graded automatically and instantly. Each student’s strengths and weaknesses are automatically identified. You can also add your own assessment of the results to the student's record.
Reports and statistics
Review individual student results, as well as aggregate results. Reports are updated in real-time and include overviews for departments/classes as well as drill-downs to detailed reports for indivdual test-takers.
Notifications when tests are completed
You can choose to receive a notification via email whenever a test-taker completes a test. The email notification includes the test result and grade.
