Our privacy policy: We are concerned about your privacy, and want to protect the personal information you enter while using MyWebExam.com. What kind of personal information is collected? When you register to use MyWebExam.com, you must enter your name, address, email address, username and password. We need this information to be able to contact and bill you for your use of our online service, and for you to be able to login and use MyWebExam.com.

Visits to our home page (www.mywebexam.com) are logged for statistical purposes. However, these web server logs do not in any way include your personal information.

What other information is collected? When you and your students login to use MyWebExam.com, we store the date and time of the login, as well as what tests the students take, and the results of these tests. This information is essential for our service to work as intended.

Can I be sure that my personal information (including, for example, name and email address) is not shared with or sold to other (third-party) companies? We will, as a matter of policy, never share or sell your private information to third parties without your express consent. You can also choose whether you want to receive information (such as email newsletters) about other products and services from Educatia.

Can I change my personal information? At any time when you are logged into MyWebExam.com, you and your students can click "Settings" in the top menu bar to change your personal profile, including your personal information.

How can I be certain that my personal information is safe? Your user profile and personal information is password-protected. If you have forgotten your password, you can use the link on the login page to have the password sent to the email address specified in your user profile.

We recommend that you do not share your personal password with others. Educatia cannot be held responsible for third parties abusing your password and user account. Remember to log out each time you are finished using MyWebExam.com. For additional safety, always close the browser window after you have logged out. This is especially important if you use a public computer, such as PCs at a school or at a public library.

Unfortunately, no system is completely "hack-proof". We therefore recommend that you refrain from storing sensitive information in the system, except such information you deem required to successfully use the system.
