Online testing in 4 easy steps
Whether you are a teacher, human resource professional or market researcher, MyWebExam allows you to create and deliver your online tests, assesments and surveys easily and quickly.
Creating tests
You can create tests with multiple-choice, all-that-apply, or open-ended questions (short text or essay response). Each question can be illustrated with photos or images. You can categorize questions by topic, creating Question Pools, which can be used to create new tests in seconds based on the categories or topics you specify. Multiple instructors can work together on the same tests and question banks. Tests can be printed to paper for easy review, or as a backup.
Administering students
Add one student at a time, or upload multiple students with one click by pasting a list of users from a spreadsheet. Control which tests each student can take, when, and how many times. Send customized email invitations to students using the built-in email tool.
Taking tests
Allow anonymous responses, or require login with username and password to take a test. Deliver questions and multiple choice options in random order. Set a time limit on the whole test, or on individual questions. Limit the period during which the test can be taken (between two dates). Optionally allow test-takers to resume incomplete responses.
Reviewing test results
Get notification by email when student completes a test. Tests are graded automatically and instantly. Each student’s strengths and weaknesses are automatically analyzed. Review individual student results, as well as aggregate results. Analyze each question’s effectiveness and difficulty to improve future exams.
